Much of the work we do at Paradigm is about bringing government and communities closer together that is based on collaborative relationships with one another.  One of the most important areas this occurs is the relationship between police and communities because when community members engage with government, it is likely the result of a law enforcement encounter.   To learn more about how we envision the police/community relationship in the future, see Tanya's recent contribution to Police Chief (a publication of the International Association of Chiefs of Police) on what the future for policing might look like.
